ELDER LAW

The term Elder Law is broadly used to cover many different areas of law.  It includes estate planning, asset protection and disposition of assets while still alive.  Emily Ann Klotz, as an Elder Law attorney, focuses her client's concerns and his or her current and future needs.  Emily Klotz will explore steps to ensure that the client lives his or her life with dignity and control over the circumstances of his or her life.  After discussions with the client, Emily will create a plan with her client to achieve his or her goals while alive, not simply to benefit heirs following death.
